I'm exited about the possibilities of using Jing to create Screencasts on a variety of topics. This would be an effective way to time-shift training opportunities for staff when it is convenient for them.
This four minute Screencast demonstrates how I use a resource called Skills Alaska for assessment and evaluation purposes.
